PPP Events were engaged to organise our themed Christmas party end of year celebration. The Hawaiian Luau was an inclusive package and Mel, Adrian the their team took everything on and came up with the full concept, catering, theming, equipment, entertainment, gifting, photography and unique activities for young and old, games and prizes – and the clean up! 

Mel totally got our brief which was to keep it fun, relaxed and family friendly and to focus on supporting a group of local small business. The communication was collaborative and strong throughout and we appreciated the great ideas and suggestions. We often organise our own events and it was really great to hand this over have all staff enjoy time off together without event tasks to cover. It was such a great feeling for all the staff and their families to simply arrive and be surprised and delighted with our work space, completely transformed, greeted with a welcome drink and see every detail had been taken care of. 

Mel was super easy to collaborate with, nothing was an issue and PPP Events took time to check out our venue and understand us and our brief. Our event was fantastic, end to end and we really appreciated returning to work and everything clean and returned as it was – priceless! 

PPP Events were sensational again when the Airport hosted a community engagement event at the airport, reliable, budget focused and approached the brief with flexibility and shared commitment to supporting local community groups.
